Theo Fennell is a British jewellery and silverware designer, often referred to as the "King of Bling" for his flamboyant creations tailored to celebrity clients. In 1982, he founded his eponymous jewellery business, Theo Fennell.

By blending traditional craftsmanship with diverse inspirations—including music halls, musicals, churches, pop art, music, theatre, literature, sports, architecture, fairgrounds, Greek classicism, and Elizabethan art and poetry, to name a few—he describes his designs as having a quintessentially British sensibility.
